SAILING CAMP WAIVER

I acknowledge that my child/ward is participating in the Sailing Camp at my child/ward's own risk and do hereby release and hold harmless the Barbados Sailing Association Inc. and the Barbados Yacht Club as well as their officers, members and agents, both jointly and severally, from any liability for any loss of life, injury or damage to any persons or property that might arise from my child/ward's participation in the Camp.

As a condition of using any dinghy which is the property of the Barbados Sailing Association Inc.. I accept on my child/ward's behalf, that I have sole and inescapable responsibility for the management and safety of the dinghy, and neither the Barbados Sailing Association Inc. nor the Barbados Yacht Club, their committee or any other of their members bear any responsibility for loss of life or injury, however caused, while using this dinghy before, during or after sailing.

I also agree to pay for any damage to the boat, rigging, sails or parts and for the loss of any part being used, provided said damage or loss is as a result of my child/ward's fault, carelessness or negligence.

I take full responsibility for my child/ward and agree to all the terms set out above should he/she sign for a boat to go sailing on his/her own after my original agreement.
