To be renewed on January 1 each year

All members are entitled to enroll in the Association's sail training courses during which they will have use of the dinghies. All members are entitled to rent the dinghies for regattas.

The Barbados Sailing Association Inc. has a number of ongoing activities that require the participation of its members.

BSA needs your help in the following areas. Please let us know if you can contribute.

• As sailing, first aid and boating instructors
• In organising regattas
• In fund-raising events
• In boat maintenance and repairs

THE USE OF LIFE JACKETS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL MEMBERS

WAIVER

As a condition of using any dinghy which is the property of the Barbados Sailing Association Inc., I accept on my behalf/or on my ward's behalf that I have sole and inescapable responsibility for the management and safety of the dinghy signed for and neither the Barbados Sailing Association Inc. and the Barbados Yacht Club, their committee or any of their members bear any responsibility for loss of life or injury while using this dinghy, however caused, before, during or after sailing.

I also agree to pay for any damage to the boat, rigging, sails or parts and for the loss of any part being used, provided said damage or loss as a result of my/or my ward's fault, caelessness or negligence.

I take full responsibility for my ward and agree to all the terms set out above should he/she sign for a boat to go sailing on his/her own after my original agreement by purchasing this membership.
